Delivery Information

How does our delivery work?

  • After submitting your order you will receive an email confirmation detailing your expected shipment and delivery dates ( Not available for orders with non-valid email address).

  • Delivery lead times may vary based on carrier shipping practices, delivery location and items you order. Products may be delivered in separate shipments, which may effect delivery time.

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and an alternate ship to address will have to be provided by the customer.

  • At this time, we are unable to offer free shipping to all orders under $200.00 to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. and we're unable to provide shipping to; Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, The Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO. We do not ship to international destinations.

  • If the customer is not available for the freight delivery an attempt to contact the customer will be made by the freight carrier. If the customer is not obtainable the delivery will be returned to our warehouse and the customer will be responsible for all freight and holding fees of the carrier due to not being obtainable.

  • FPO/APO orders DO NOT qualify for free freight. APO and FPO orders will be charged additional freight. The cost of APO/FPO orders will be assessed after the transaction is captured.

  • Orders originally shipped and refused will be assessed an additional shipping charge for the reshipment of the order.

  • At this time, we are unable to offer shipping to Canada, and international destinations.

  • Please note some residential deliveries via freight may incur an additional freight fee decided by the freight company.

  • Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except major holidays. Orders are shipped pending credit approval and product availability.

What are my shipping options?

Overnight orders will be delivered in 1-2 business days and second day orders will be delivered in 2-3 business days. The total time to receive your order is a combination of the availability time plus the delivery time for your chosen delivery option.

What are the delivery options for Office Supply products?

Most orders are delivered the next business day.

  • Delivery dates are based on in-stock availability of an item in our warehouse. Out of stock items will ship from our warehouse when it becomes available, moreover, it will possibly effect delivery time.

  • Cut off time on most next day delivery orders is 2:00 pm E.S.T.

  • In limited instances Premier may need to provide an alternative method of delivery for your order (e.g: APO orders are generally shipped USPS).

  • Large orders that exceed our warehouse stock may require additional lead time in delivery.

  • FPO/APO orders DO NOT qualify for free freight. APO and FPO orders will be charged additional freight. The cost of APO/FPO orders will be assessed after the transaction is captured

  • Please note some residential deliveries via freight may incur an additional freight fee decided by the freight company.

What are the delivery options for Office Furniture products?

Most orders are delivered in 1-7 business days.

  • Non-UPS Merchandise: All products that are over 150 pounds or over UPS's size limitations will be shipped by a private freight carrier. Private freight carriers will generally deliver in 3-4 business days barring any unforeseen delays. Private freight carriers will not guarantee time of delivery

  • Inside Delivery: All private carriers ship dock to dock. If you require inside delivery on items shipped by private freight carriers, you must notify premiersuppliers.com when your order is placed. The customer will be advised what extra charges will be incurred at time of order. Tracking numbers are not available online for products shipped through private freight carriers

  • Delivery dates are based on in-stock availability only. Out of stock items will possible effect delivery time and you will be notified via email to inform you of when your item (s) is in stock.

  • In limited instances Premier Suppliers may need to provide an alternative method of delivery for your order (e.g: Some private residencies can not be shipped by freight companies and you will be contacted by the freight carrier)

  • Shipping time is dependent on vendor availability and vendor shipping practices.

  • Large orders that exceed our warehouse stock may require additional shipping time in delivery.

What are the delivery options for Vendor Orders?

Vendor Orders generally are delivered within 3-10 business days.

  • Shipping time is dependent on vendor availability and vendor shipping practices.

  • Large orders that exceed our warehouse stock may require additional shipping time in delivery.

What are the delivery options for Hardware & Software?

Standard - 3-10 business days: Non-UPS Merchandise: All products that do not meet the 150Lb UPS. limit will be shipped by a private freight carrier. Private freight carriers will generally deliver in 3-4 business days barring any unforeseen delays. Private freight carriers will not guarantee time of delivery.

2nd Day Air - 2-3 business days: Depends on weight

Next Day Air - 1-2 business days:  Depends on weight
