Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all office supplies orders over $250 that are shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and can be delivered by UPS or other similar common carriers. At this time, we are unable to offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations.

Typographical Errors

While Premier Suppliers.com has tried very hard to ensure the accuracy of the product information in our online store, we are not responsible for typographical errors or technical inaccuracies.

Important Coupon Rules & Restrictions

• Coupons are not transferable.
• Coupons may only be used once and cannot be used on subsequent orders.
• Void where prohibited. No cash or credit back. Coupon must be submitted at time of order.
• Expired coupons are not valid. Tax and shipping are not included in calculating minimum purchase requirement.
• Coupons are not valid on previous purchases.
• Coupons may not be applicable to all items. Notification of applicability will be provided during check out.
• Only one coupon per purchase.
• Minimum purchase requirement for "Dollars off" coupon must be met with purchases to which no other coupon or instant savings offer applies.
• "Product specific" coupons may be combined with other coupons as long as the purchase requirement of each coupon is met independently. (see definition below)

Definitions

Our coupons provide a general discount off of your order total. "Product specific" coupons provide a discount off of a specific product.

Premier Suppliers.com reserves the right to reject orders that use a coupon code that was obtained from a bulletin board or other Internet site. Premier Suppliers.com also reserves the right to reject orders with a coupon code that was transferred from a direct mail recipient or is in violation of any coupon restriction listed above.

Gift Certificate Rules & Restrictions

• Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
• Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account.
• If your order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.
• Expired gift certificates are not valid.
• Premier Suppliers.com is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificate codes.
• Premier Suppliers.com makes no warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to gift certificates sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a gift certificate code does not function, your only remedy and only liability shall be the replacement of such gift certificate.
